The event will begin with Kelly Charlton leading us in a meditation, followed by Andrea Lisette Villiere performing a sound bath as Kelly supports the experience with the healing energies of Reiki.
You will be immersed in the healing vibrations of gongs, Tibetan, quartz crystal and alchemy singing bowls! Simply let the sounds and Reiki energies transport you on a powerful magical journey!
Sound baths create the space for self-healing and transformation. The resonance of the instruments is not just an auditory experience ~ it’s like receiving a full body sound massage. The healing harmonics in combination with the Reiki energies work to realign your entire system.

Dress warm and comfortably, you will be lying on the floor for over an hour.
Please be sure to bring a yoga mat, blanket and a pillow with you! An eye mask is nice too and adds to the whole sensory experience.
