RELAX ~ RECEIVE ~ RELEASE ~ RECHARGE
Experience a Sound Bath like no other!
Imagine yourself gently drifting through the water, as you float a top stable twin air mattresses.
Allowing your stress and worries be carried away as waves of sound and vibration penetrate through the water and your body.
Immersing all of your senses in the healing vibrations of gongs, Tibetan, crystal and alchemy singing bowls, chimes and the drum.
Set sail on this aquatic voyage as you embark on a meditative journey, and reconnect with your inner peace while enveloped in a magical soundscape.
Benefits of a Sound Bath:
Promotes deep relaxation
Improved quality of sleep
Reduces Stress, anxiety and depression
Calms the nervous system
Quiets our busy mind chatter, as your attention and curiosity follows the sounds.
Release of tension, blocked emotions and stuck energy
Increases vitality, energy flow, creativity and intuition
Enhances mindfulness and self awareness
Enhanced sense of wellbeing
Brings a sense of peace, calm and tranquility
What you may experience:
A sense of weightlessness or floating...
Seeing colors, or other visuals
Feeling warmth, coolness or tingling sensation
Energy moving throughout the body
Emotional release, as well as a range of different feelings
Receiving guidance and intuitive insights
Typically sound baths are done while laying on the floor on yoga mats. However, when on the water, the floating removes pressure from joints and muscles, creating a "zero-gravity" sensation that allows the body to enter a deep state of physical surrender.
