Details ~
This event requires a minimum of 15 people, as I am traveling 2 hours.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early!
Please be sure to bring a yoga mat (the thicker the better) or an inflatable camping pad (like a Thermarest) blankets, or a sleeping bag, bolster, or extra blanaket roll for under your knees (If you need low back support) and a pillow with you! Eye bag/masks are really nice to bring and add to the sensory experience!
If you are unable to lay on the floor, please feel free to bring a chair. I recommend a reclining zero gravity chair, they are the best!
Dress comfortably, you will be lying on the floor for an hour. Set an intention for your healing, or another's healing and simply rest and allow yourself to receive the healing vibrations.
