Join us for an evening blending yoga with the healing power of sound. Restorative yoga uses props to gently support our bodies in for physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Poses are held for a longer period of time to allow the time and space for the body and mind to recover from daily stress. We will relax into seated and reclined positions, supported by our props accompanied by the therapeutic melody of sounds from Andrea, before fully relaxing into savasana for the last thirty minutes of sound therapy.

The combination of these two modalities create a powerful space for healing and transformation!​

Jackie Krouse Rudolph
With a lighthearted approach to teaching, I enjoy making yoga accessible to everyone. Yoga has been part of my life since 2010 and has helped me navigate life and all its twists and turns – expected and unexpected. My classes may be slow flow, vinyasa or restorative – all connecting breath with movement and focus on the present moment. I have studied with Aura Wellness Center (300-hour Hatha, 100-hour Vinyasa certifications) Uplifted Yoga (200-hour RYS) and NETA (Restorative, Yoga Foundations and Fitness Yoga). I am also a level two Reiki practitioner and enjoy the study of chakras through yoga. I like to say, if you can breathe, you can do yoga and when you feel that you cannot breathe, you need to do yoga.

Andrea Lisette Villiere is a native of Old Forge and a Certified Sound Healing Practitioner with over 300 hours of training through the Sage Academy of Sound Energy, the BioSonic Academy of Music and Sound Healing and the Omega Institute. She has been offering Soundbath Immersion Experiences since 2015.

Andrea was led to her calling through a series of synchronicities after praying for divine guidance as to her souls purpose and mission. Her passion is to be a catalyst for awakening and transformation on a deep soul level, to support, uplift and reconnect people with their true essence through the power of sound and vibration. It is her hope for everyone to find true balance and harmony in their lives that supports their wellbeing on all levels. It is her great honor to share her gift in service to humanity.

Details ~

Please be sure to dress comfortably and bring water, a yoga mat, two blankets or large towels (Mexican blankets are ideal) and two large firm bed pillows or bolsters, optional - yoga blocks with you! 

Please note there is a short flight up stairs leading up to the loft space!
