This special event will be a soundbath performance where you can choose to experience it in the theatre seats or up on the stage laying on yoga mats!
We have 20 1" thick yoga mats available on the stage, these must be reserved in advance!
For those who choose to be on the stage, please be sure to bring a blanket or a sleeping bag and a pillow with you! Eye bag/masks are really nice to bring and add to the whole sensory experience!
Dress comfortably, you will be seated or lying on the floor for an hour. Set an intention for your healing, or another's healing and simply rest and allow yourself to receive the healing vibrations.
