Bring your own beverage of choice and come hang out with the hilarious and super entertaining Michelle Bartlett of Life in the ADK before enjoying a Soundbath experience!

Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of gongs, Tibetan, alchemy and crystal singing bowls, the drum, chimes and more!
Soundbaths create the space for you to get into your Zen mode and just chill!

Details ~
Please be sure to bring a yoga mat, blankets, or sleeping bag and a pillow with you! Eye bag/masks are really nice to bring and add to the whole sensory experience! We also have 12 zero gravity chairs, please let Andrea or Michelle know if you would like one and we can reserve it for you!
Dress comfortably, you will be lying on the floor for or reclined in gravity chairs for an hour. Set an intention for your healing, or another's healing and simply rest and allow yourself to receive the healing vibrations.
