Rest, relax and recharge as you are immersed in the healing vibrations of gongs, Himalayan, quartz crystal and alchemy singing bowls. The hypnotic drone of the Shruti and much more! Let the sounds transport you on a magical journey and carry your worries away!
Sound baths create the space for self-healing and transformation. The resonance of the instruments is not just an auditory experience—it’s like receiving a full body sound massage. The healing harmonics work to realign your entire system ~ a restorative bath of sound! It's food for the soul!

Details ~
Please be sure to dress warm and bring a yoga mat, blankets, or a sleeping bag and a pillow with you! Eye masks are really nice to bring and add to the whole sensory experience! If you are unable to lay on the floor, feel free to bring a folding chair
(Zero Gravity chairs are perfect)
Dress comfortably, you will be lying on the floor for an hour. Set an intention for your healing, or another's healing and simply rest and allow yourself to receive the healing vibrations.
