Please be sure to bring a yoga mat, blankets, or sleeping bag and a pillow with you! A bolster for under your knees (if you need low back support) Eye bag/masks are really nice to bring and add to the whole sensory experience!
Dress warm and comfortably, you will be lying on the floor for an hour. Set an intention for your healing, or another's healing and simply rest and allow yourself to receive the healing vibrations.
