Please be sure to bring a yoga mat, blankets, or a sleeping bag and a pillow with you! Eye bag/masks are really nice to bring and add to the whole sensory experience!
***Please note, if you do not have a yoga mat, a 1" thick mat will be provided for you!
Dress comfortably, you will be lying on the porch for an hour. Set an intention for your healing, or another's healing and simply rest and allow yourself to receive the healing vibrations.
