If you are not staying at Great Pines and would like to attend, please be sure to bring a yoga mat, blankets or a sleeping bag and pillow from home with you! Thank you!
You will be lying on the floor for an hour. Set an intention for your healing, or another's healing and simply rest and allow yourself to receive the healing vibrations.
