Please be sure to bring a yoga mat, blankets and a pillow with you, whatever you need to be comfortable! Eye bag/masks are really nice to bring and add to the whole sensory experience!
Dress comfortably, you will be lying on the floor for an hour. Set an intention for your healing, or another's healing and simply rest and allow yourself to receive the healing vibrations.
