Please be sure to bring a yoga mat (the thicker the better) Or a Thermarest, blankets, or a sleeping bag, and a pillow with you! Eye bag/masks are really nice to bring and add to the sensory experience!
Dress comfortably, you will be lying on the floor for an hour. Set an intention for your healing, or another's healing and simply rest and allow yourself to receive the healing vibrations.
