Please be sure to bring a yoga mat, blankets, or sleeping bag and a pillow with you! Eye bag/masks are really nice to bring and add to the whole sensory experience!
If you do not have these items, please let Andrea know and they will be provided!
Dress warm and comfortably, you will be lying on the floor for an hour. Set an intention for your healing, or another's healing and simply rest and allow yourself to receive the healing vibrations.
