is a Certified Sound Healing Practitioner!
She received her training at the Sage Academy of Sound Energy with Philippe and Lea Garnier, Diane Mandle, Tito La Rosa, Gong Master Don Conreaux and the BioSonic Academy of Music and Sound Healing, with Dr. John Beaulieu, ND, PhD. And with Rich Goodhart at Omega Institute.
Andrea has over 300 hours of training and is fully devoted and dedicated to furthering her studies and continues to evolve her healing practice. She has been offering sound baths and sharing her passion for sound healing since 2015. Andrea presently lives in upstate New York in the Adirondack mountains.

BETH MELECCI’s passion is BHAKTI YOGA
The devotional yoga of the heart.
She discovered yoga when she was carrying her daughter, 37 years ago. She enjoyed
the physical, mental and spiritual benefits, but fell in love with connectedness
she felt with the other people in the class. It was the desire for connectedness
that inspired her to teach yoga. Beth loves to be in nature and often practices
yoga outdoors. Beth teaches several different modalities of yoga and is also a talented musician blending music with yoga through joyful chanting.
“My intention is for all people to heal themselves through yoga physically, mentally and spiritually. I truly love the connection with everyone in the classes and am grateful to share the benefits of my yoga practice with others.”
I love teaching inside yet my favorite place to teach is outdoors beautiful settings.
I am privileged to teach my classes in The Lodge on the Hill in Schroon Lake, NY. Also, in the Episcopal Church on Route 9 in Schroon Lake, NY as well. I teach Chair yoga classes in Chestertown, NY as well as the Schroon Lake Seniors Club. I also teach
private classes by appointment. I have several workshops during the year with new and interesting aspects of yoga such as Energy Yoga working with the Elements, The Chakras, Mudras and Mantras, just to mention a few.

The class will begin with a 45 minute gentle yoga class followed by a 45 minute Soundbath! Please be sure to dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillow and eye mask with you. If you do not have these items, please let us know and they will be provided.
