Sound Bathers ~
Please be aware that the sound bath immersion is an experience that is different every time and is always evolving. It is very unique and personal to each individual participating. The manner in which the sounds and vibrations are received, assimilated and integrated will vary. Be aware there is no guarantee what you experienced during one session will occur at the next and you may have a very different result.
It is best to come with no expectations and be open to what is and simply just be. It will be a different experience at each venue, depending on the space, the acoustics, as well as the group energy, which also comes into play. It is an experience that can touch you on a deep level, as well as on a more subtle level. Just like Reiki, or other forms of energy work, there will be times when you will have a recognizable shift and times where you may think you feel nothing physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually. However on a deeper subconscious level something may be taking place.
Preparing for a Session ~

for individuals, couples and groups.
Clients are encouraged to arrive to their session with an intention for personal healing.

Private sound healing sessions begin with the client filling out an intake form, with a short discussion about their reason for coming and what they would like to focus on during the session.
Please be sure to let Andrea know if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, hearing aids, or have any metal in the body. If you are unable to lay on the floor, a zero gravity chair will be provided.

1. Private Soundbath session for individuals or groups in the main studio using all of the sound healing instruments laying on the floor on yoga mats, or reclined zero gravity chairs.
(1" thick yoga mats, blankets, bolster and pillows provided. 12 zero gravity chairs are available)
2. Public Group Soundbath in the main studio using all of the sound healing instruments laying on the floor on yoga mats, or reclined in zero gravity chairs. (For public events, people are required to bring their own yoga mat, or inflatable camping pad, blankets and pillows. 12 zero gravity chairs are available if you are unable to lay on the floor and can be reserved)
3. Private session on a massage table using Tibetan singing bowls directly on and around the body, as well as a few other sound healing instruments in a private room. This session is customized, targeting specific concerns.
This session is NOT recommended if you have any metal in the body, pacemaker, artificial heart valve, stents, shunts, hip or knee replacements, or any other foreign objects within you, or if you are in your first trimester of pregnancy! Please let Andrea know!
