Sally Davidson
Soulful Breathwork Guide and Somatic Life Coach
I was a leader in healthcare who experienced burnout and became disenchanted with the sick care model of healthcare. I am now a Board Certified Nurse Coach, Inner Alignment Coach, Shamanic Reiki Master and Trauma Informed Breathwork Guide co creating and educating on our ability to heal within from the root.
I believe real healing requires an integrated, embodied approach and that we all need to take personal responsibility for our own healing. It's from my own journey that I have developed experiences, tools and the ability to connect to the Divine to make transformational change. It is my mission to bring all these embodied practices to our community and my clients.

Andrea Lisette Villiere
Certified Sound Healing Practitioner
Andrea received her training at the Sage Academy of Sound Energy with Philippe and Lea Garnier, Diane Mandle, Tito La Rosa, Gong Master Don Conreaux and the BioSonic Academy of Music and Sound Healing, with Dr. John Beaulieu, ND, PhD. And with Rich Goodhart at Omega Institute.
She has over 300 hours of training and is fully devoted and dedicated to furthering her studies and continues to evolve her healing practice. She has been offering sound baths and sharing her passion for sound healing since 2015.
Andrea presently lives in upstate New York in the Adirondack mountains and offers individual private and group sessions at Under the Sun Wellness, just north of Old Forge, NY. Over the years she has held large events with up to 40 people, as well as more intimate groups and private gatherings. These events include wellness weekends at Great Camp Sagamore, women's retreats at Minnowbrook Lodge and Conference Center, Lake Kora, Kuyahoora Lodge and Retreat Center, Adirondack Experience; the Museum on Blue Mt. Lake, Adirondack Lakes Center for the Arts, Mirror Lake Inn in Lake Placid, Utica University, Hamilton College, Munson Williams Proctor Arts Institute, View Arts Center, the Strand Theatre, numerous yoga studios and soon Vanderkamp!

Please be sure to dress comfortably and bring water, a yoga mat (the thicker the better) or an inflatable camping pad, like a Thermarest, blankets, or sleeping bag and a pillow with you!
We will begin with a short intro moving into 45 minutes of Breathwork followed by a 45 minute Soundbath immersion experience with integration period at the end.
