Please be sure to bring a yoga mat(the thicker the better) or a camping pad, blankets, or a sleeping bag, and a pillow with you! Eye bag/masks are really nice to bring and add to the sensory experience!
****Please note if you do not have some of the above items, please let Andrea know and they will be provided for you!
Dress comfortably, you will be lying on the floor for an hour.
If you are unable to lay on the floor, we have 12 zero gravity chairs, please let me know if you need one and it can be reserved!
